The question before me is: do I apply myself to the Ensemble Aubade adaptation today, or push it off to Saturday?

Done. The parts, too, are pretty much in order.

Peter likes it. Frank has printed the viola part out in anticipation that they'll read it through. Don't know yet when Aubade will reconvene, but I shall be advised.

I haven't actively uploaded music to Instant Encore in several years, but I see that there is music of mine there which I do not have readily available elsewhere. E.g. Peter playing The Angel Who Bears a Flaming Sword, from King's Chapel on 8 Oct 2013.

Correction: 28 performances: I recalled (in spite of not having a program to hand) a concert at First Congo in Woburn on 21 June 2010, and I had forgotten the performance we gave on the Greenway with Maria and Irina paining in real time to our playing, on 1 Aug 2016.

It doesn't count as new work, but Dan Zupan's enthusiasm to read more of my work is so very touching, today I adapted Music for the Un-Hip Hop for flute and clarinet.

I'm not really at the "breathing easier" point, but I seem to have found two places listed which might work. Establishing communication with the parties who have listed them, though, has been peculiarly dodgy. We shall see. I've informed the landlord of my prospects (such as they are), and I'm hoping that may mean that he lays off setting a Court date.

A mixed day. Starting to wonder, if these listings are either a dead end or a scam, just how I find a place. Yet, my optimism of yesterday set me ready to start a new piece today, for three flutes: Surfing an Earthquake.
