I doubt it. Just to look at the list of new registered members 95% are guaranteed to be spambots. How would one know who is legit to approve? The system has to be fixed enough that it is obvious that an actual human being is attempting to post real content.

Yeah, all I can say is we are not aware of a fix being applied but it seems to be (currently) fixed.
