It sounds like one of the many, many spambots that assaults the forum with spam got through a filter and posted.

About 90% of moderating is un-approving spam, so it is actually reassuring that you all have only seen one spammer recently!  8)

When I created that dummy account to answer the question about users unlocking their threads... I might have... well... accidentally approved some bots.  Sorry. :-[

See normally you don't see the bots because they're never approved.  We (the mods) wipe out their posts behind the scenes.

I got the message that the server was stressed, so I could not get on GMG for a while.
