After work on putting electricity cables (40 meters) into the ground, and having some sensible light in the back garden, Telemann is a good way to unwind, plus a wee dram of the Makers Mark, a soft delicious bourbon. My bottle of Highland Park of 18 years old is empty, more quickly as I thought it would.

Ditch the high stretched wailings of Sintow, bring in Janowitz and Outstanding would be the word....great set, wrong choice on the 4LS.

I already had Fleming/Thielemann and Isokoski/Janowski so I don't really need more Fours.

Indeed, just listened to her Im abendrot, gorgeous recording. Now listening to her Luonnotar with Neeme Järvi & Gothenburg SO. She works at the Oulu Uni. of Appl. Sciences now, I expect that dad will get all of our recordings signed..

Excellent!!  She really does have a beautiful vocal, lyrical and lovingly alluring....as is all her Strauss.
