From this afternoon, a screenshot of the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra in Mahler's Eighth Symphony, with conductor Jukka-Pekka Saraste. The hall is gorgeous, and they just installed a new organ in January, which sounded great today.

I saw Alison Kraus years ago, when the Down from the Mountain tour played in Kansas City. I sensed a lot of depth in her voice, and she seemed very honest and no-nonsense in her performing.

I'm afraid I'm unfamiliar with Mr. Plant.
